The Premier 36 System was developed by Moll in response to larger format printing and new media requirements in the folder gluer industry. This Premier folder/gluer system has the capability of multiple inserts, pharmaceutical information and credit card requirements. The long in-feed and belt section allows forming, taping, and inserting. The Premier 36 System’s ability to handle large format, heavier weight stocks and its quick change over time makes it flexible to handle a wide variety of jobs.

The Premier 36 System handles 36” wide formats. Designed as an all belt driven in-line system, it features a built-in sheet spacer and batch counter. A stainless-steel buckle fold plate eliminates marking and static build-up during folding, and the tipper plate features anti-marking rollers. There is also an optional bottom fold plate.
