B&R Moll To Showcase Compact In-Line Folder/Gluer System at Dscoop 2017

Warminster, pA – February 27, 2017 – B&R Moll, Inc., the industry’s leading supplier of older/gluers and specialized bindery finishing equipment for printing and packaging facilities, will showcase its digi-mollPAK compact in-line folder/gluer system for digital and commercial printers at Dscoop 2017, an annual conference designed to foster interaction among HP Graphic Solutions partners to advance digital printing technologies. Dscoop’s North American conference will be held March 1 – 4, 2017 at the Phoenix Convention Center – North.

The digi-mollPAK folder/gluer is an in-line compact system that incorporates proven folding and feeding mechanisms developed by B&R Moll, including an open format design that facilitates quick change-over between jobs and a dual-stream capacity to enable multiple feeds. Positive feed control offers both continuous feed for regular stock as well as irregularly-shaped materials including cartons, pillow packs, room key sleeves and presentation folders.

Accessories designed to increase the digi-mollPAK System’s efficiency for specific jobs include an inserting attachment, tape head/silicone head, vacuum belt system and a trombone feed assembly. All B&R Moll machines are made 100% in the USA.

The compact B&R Moll digi-mollPAK System handles material ranging from 70lb. cover to 28pt. (140-500g/m² stocks) in sizes ranging from 2 x 4 inches (50 x 102mm) up to 30 x 20 inches (914mm x 508mm).  Maximum linear speed is 425ft/min (130m/min).  The system is available with either 220V 3-phase, 60A/60Hz power connections, or 400V 3-phase, 60A/50Hz, and a 90psi (0.7mPa) compressed air connection.
